How do I email statements with Outlook 2013

I have the same problem as others on sending emails via Accounts 2013. I also have outlook 2013. I could not get it working

Hello Evelyn,

Emailing with Outlook 2013 with a programme created before Outlook 2013 was released can be bothersome, but not impossible.
