Emailing invoices in Reckon One

Since the upgrade, has anyone that was having issues emailing invoices had a fix? I've only just discovered that a client book has the issue, and of course it's out of support hours!

    Can you please pass me more information about this? Are the emails not being received or they're showing as "Processing" in the email history?

    It doesn't do anything, The red dots go around and then either the dots just go away and the invoice screen remains, or it flicks it back to to the front screen. The email pop up screen doesn't come up. Yes, I've tried different browsers, and I've put in my email address to see if it is actually being sent anyway- and it's not. It's being a bit sporadic in opening the 'edit customer details' link, and won't show email history either.
