Emails from Reckon Hosted going to spam

We have had a number of issues raised about emails being sent out from our reckon hosted account are going into spam folders, specifically gmail. They have tried the usual gmail spam training and it still doesn't appear change anything.

Does this mean they've marked emails from Hosted as 'Not Spam' in their Gmail account?

The other thing I could recommend is for the recipient to add accountshosted@reckon.com as a Contact in their Gmail account. From what I understand, emails from registered contacts are given a higher priority over others.

Is this a new occurrence? ie. have emails to these contacts been received normally on prior occasions?

Yes, they have marked it as 'not spam' many times as well as move it out of the spam folder continuously. I will get them to try the registered contacts process and see if that helps
