Email's Going to Incorrect Customer Topic List

Hi Rav and all Reckon official Members

I have not been satisfied with the blatant pushing under the carpet of the the issue where customers are receiving other peoples invoices. To make my point clear that this is obviously being pushed under the carpet, please see below a list of topic that refer to this know issue. There are most probably many more Post on the forum in regards to this issue, but as you know it is a big forum and I can not check every post to list the Issue. It is not good enough that because your email system does not work, we are having sensitive information being sent to the wrong person. This information includes rates and sale of product/services to a customer which my contract can not be shared with anyone. I can guarantee you this, I am not the only company that is willing to jump ship upon finding another suitable Accounting Package. We are paying almost $1,000.00 a year for a sub par product which has know issue that you are not willing to admit or fix. 

This is your opportunity to come forward and discuss this with the community for when this will be fixed and if not why not. We do not want a work around that will mean that emailing invoices to customers will take hours and hours.

For a refresher on the issue. All of these  points to the issue being a part of Reckon and not our system.

  1. Syrahost, Gmail and Outlook
  2. We are finding that every now and then 1 to 10 invoices will be sent to the incorrect customer when using send form to send invoices.
  3. This happens when using Outlook, sending direct through our company email address and now through a gmail account we set up to rule out our email address.
  4. Issue started Last year when we upgraded from Reckon Desktop 2013 to Reckon Desktop 2018 (we recreated our database from scratch), still occurring on Reckon Desktop 2019
  5. We have experienced the Issue for 2 Years now.
  6. It also happens on all computers on our system and even on my personal computer which is not part of our system, These are both new and old Computers.
