Empdupe file lodgement failing

I get an error message when submitting my empdupe file.

Lodgement failed. Please contact software provider, The file size is not a correct multiple of record length.
What do I need to do to get an acceptable Empdupe file?

    How do I know if its properly created? All the staff are listed but there seems to be a lot of zeros between names...

    A common cause of the error "The file size is not a correct multiple of the record length" is that the Branch number hasn't been entered as a three digit number.

    Click Company Menu > Company Information and in the field on the right of the Tax Rego ID field, make sure you have the branch number entered as 001 or 002 etc.

    I have added 001 at the end - still unable to upload through business portal...

    There seems to be the letter O before the number 11655.
