Employee date of birth with Reckon STP app

The ATO business portal is showing the wrong date of birth for 1 employee. How can I check the Reckon STP app has been submitting details correctly? Correct date of birth is set up for employee at the App.

It is ATO not picking data up correctly or vice versa with the app not sending it correctly?

I am not able to complete my JobKeeper with ATO as date of birth for employee is showing 01/01/0001. ATO cannot help as they think its the App not sending data correctly. 

Could someone from Reckon please help?

I did continue and it made no difference, all went through fine and payment has been received

When birthdate in App employee profile is blank it is shown as 01/01/0001 in JobKeeper declaration.

Really appreciate your experience.

Birthdate on app is correct though. Must have been a glitch.
How does one sort this out then?
Advice is appreciated.

Hi there,
This is an issue with the ATO Portal rather than your Reckon software.

We've confirmed that this as the Standard Business Reporting (SBR) service will not allow us to send a date of birth such as 01/01/0001. The minimum accepted value in the transmission payload is 1800 so if that date of birth was being sent by us it would result in an error immediately.

There are reports from users who have also received that date of birth on the ATO Portal however it has had no impact on their JobKeeper claims. I'd recommend you don't delay either due to this.
