employee email address defaults to work rather than personal when sending payslip

When sending one of our employees his payslip it gets sent to his work email rather than his personal one. Before sending I double check the address and it is always his personal, but defaults somewhere between QB and Outlook. He is also receiving 2 copies.  How do I stop this?

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

As a first step you should delete addresses from all email fields in this employee's record.  Then re-sort your Names List and Rebuild the file.  Then add the email address back into the appropriate fields in the employee record.
