Employee is missing from Superstream batch and when I click on "Add Employee" she does not show up.

    I have tried undoing all the pay runs for Dec and confirming them again. Then I've tried deleting the superstream batch and adding it again and also no go. I've paid this employee before in Superstream so not sure what's wrong. 

    She resigned at the end of December and I thought it may be this, so I made her active and deleted her termination date and still no go. 

    Her gross income for Dec was $503 and this is reflected in the pay runs for December so not sure why her name isn't coming up.
