Employee not tax ready

I have the reckon free phone app. I clicked the final payment button for 2018-2019 . My employees have checked on my gov and the gross payments are there on their accounts but they are not tax ready. It would appear that these accounts have not been finalised via reckon. How do I fix this?
Could someone from Reckon please contact me ASAP. I have sent an email but have had no response

Hi Fine Line Reader,
Was the submission for the last pay run of the 18/19 year successful? Does it show a 'Success' status?

Are you 100% certain you selected the option to declare it was the last pay run for the year on the declaration page?

Yes i did select final pay run. Absolutely. It does show a success status. Should I double che knthe figures shown in the employees my gov and my submitted ones (because they appear to be different) and do another pay to bring it in line with the correct amount and then press the final button? See if that works?

Yes check them please but don't do another pay run just yet.
What's the ABN you've registered to the app?

1. One of the staff tells me that their tax is saying tax ready, the other one isn’t. The one that isn’t hasn’t got the correct amount of income or tax recorded.
2. The staff member that is tax ready for 2019 is showing the 2020 income as a massive amount - looks like it’s totalling last year’s income to the income he has received from July 2020 ?

Hi FLR,
Can you let me know the date that you sent this final pay submission to the ATO please? Also, what dates were input into the submission ie. Pay Date & Pay Period, you'll find this in the submission itself in your list.

Fine Line Reader,
Can you please let me know the answers to the questions I've asked above.

Also, when you are trying to create a negative adjustment, what date are you entering in? If you're entering a negative adjustment for the last financial year, the date must be sent to 30 June 2019.

I’d really like to get this sorted because I love the app. It’s easy to use, but not good if it has glitches that I can’t rectify.

Any further suggestions Rav? Perhaps I only finalised one employee. Perhaps I should try to do another pay run for the one not tax ready then click final ?
What about the 2020 incorrect figures though for the one who is already tax ready

Hi Rav, so now both of my employees are saying tax ready after I checked and found that one of the employees did not have a final pay submitted. I updated the pay

Runs and they are both now saying tax ready, but the amounts showing are not correct. They are higher than what I paid. When I look at doing an adjustment in the 2018-2019 year it won’t Take a negative adjustment. This is really becoming ridiculous.
I am wasting so much time with this and my employees still can’t submit their tax returns.
This programme shouldn’t be this difficult to use.
Not only that the 2020 figures are completely incorrect.
You need to fix this.
