Hi, we don’t allocate employee numbers we use the first four letters of their surname and then first and second letter of their names. All the STP guides say that we need an employee number in the employee details. Will letters be ok or rejected when uploading to Govconnect ?
Sorry, so do you think letters would be sufficient? Just spoke to Reckon and was advised that they haven't tested the system with letters, only numbers. Guess I'll find out when I upload our file...fingers crossed :-)
