Employee paid jobkeeper for FN1 and FN2. Left employment. How to process

Employee paid jobkeeper for FN1 and FN2. Left employment. ATO asking me to declare employees through STP. How do I process the employee who left? To show that we are not claiming jobkeeper anymore for them?

    Use the payroll item JOBKEEPER-FINISH-FN03. This mean they are eligible for FN01 and FN02 but not FN03. Assuming you have already lodged a JOBKEEPER-START-FN01 for this employee. To finish you use the number of the first fortnight not eligible.

    Thank you kind sir! Do you think I do a new payrun with only JOBKEEPER-FINISH-FN03 or run an update event?

    I would do an update event of that employees last pay. I think this will fix future Jobkeeper declarations (June on) in the portal but not May's. I get the feeling that once the declaration populates in the portal it cannot be changed.
