Employee Pay summary , total Gross pay is greater than the pay run

Hello, I'm using STP mobile, the $ amounts on the employees Pay summary (Total gross pay, tax and super) is not the actual amount I entered on the pay runs. The gross pay is greater in the payment summaries than the pay run. For example, the payment summary includes this months wage, which I have not entered on the pay run, yet is showing in the employee's pay summary. 2 employees are incorrect, 1 employee is correct. All entries are from July 1 2019.  No YTD balance sheet was entered, no payments from last financial year were entered in the set up, I don't have My Gov , ATO STP reporting is the same as the Reckon pay run, not the employees Pay summary. What am I doing wrong, and how do I make the employee's pay summary the same as the pay run? Thank you for your time. Kind regards

Hello, same issue here. In Payment Summary my total gross income and also total tax withheld is exactly double the amount entered from 7 fortnightly pay runs. Super is completely out of whack, I do super quarterly and there were amounts entered before submitting first super this week at the completion of Q1.

Hi guys,

The STP app does not, and more specifically cannot, link to the actual live balances on the ATO end. Unfortunately, there is literally no service we call on to transmit the figures that are sitting on the ATO end for that employee or employer. So what the app shows in the 'Pay Summary' section is the total figures for gross, tax, super etc that have been raised for all submissions regardless of their status ie. Error, Success, Pending.

I know this area is causing a fair bit of confusion for our app users at the moment and its something I've already fed this back to the app developers so that it can be reworked to improve it.

To review the figures that have been received by the ATO, you can see this through the ATO Business Portal if you have access to it and employees can also check it via their MyGov account.

Thank you for your reply.
I do not have any submissions in Pending, Error or Success. Figures in the Employee Pay summary are not figures I have entered and do not show on the Pay run.
How do we adjust the incorrect amount that reckon has entered on the employees pay summary to match the exact figure that was entered on the pay run?

I'm in the same boat as Jenna - I do not have any submissions in Pending or Error and drafts. All pay runs are have been successful but the YTD FY numbers are double the pay run amounts.

When I checked the ATO Business Portal everything is correct on their end. Its just the app showing incorrect amounts. Disappointing.
