Employee's Inome Statement got Doubled Up in myGov

I use Reckon One. I have an employee who resigned in July 2018, so I processed a termination pay for her back then, with the Final Event ticked as YES (maybe this is the problem). At the end of 2018-2019 financial year, I processed the last payrun on 28 June 2019, then waited for the STP (EOFY) function to work. Until 22 July, the STP (EOFY) was working. So I finalised the EOFY for all employees - both active ones and those who had been terminated in the 18-19 FY. Now there is the problem: this ex employee has got 2 income statement for 18-19 FY in her myGov account, showing exactly the same Gross Payments and Tax Withheld, but issued on 2 different dates. Her tax accountant called me asking me to fix it. I called Reckon, told me to ask ATO; when I called ATO, the guy told me to ask Reckon to help me submit an Update Event. I was kicked back and forth between ATO and Reckon. Totally disappointed and frustrated.
