Employees receiving error 404 when trying to login to app

My employees have been trying to login to the app to submit their timesheets since Wednesday but none of them have been able to. I'm unable to reset their passwords from my end and don't know what else to suggest.
This is very frustrating as it means they can't get paid.
Seeing as though I'm using the free trial to decide whether to proceed with Reckon, this is a very big cross and is now making me consider other products instead.

Hi Tim

Unfortunately this seems to be due to the Portal Upgrade.  Can you get them to login using a pc for now, or even Chrome or Safari as opposed to the app.
