Enable Payment services

Our merchant facility recently lapsed.  Up till that point the payment option through Reckon Accounts Enterprise worked seamlessly.  We have reinstated the Merchant facility with our bank.  However the option to pay through customers is no longer working.
I've rung Reckon tech support who told me to ring PayPal and I've rung PayPal who told me to ring Reckon tech support.  

Any help would be appreciated.
