We use Reckon Accounts Hosted. Each month end we need to provide a full set of Tax Invoices to the HO of one of our customer groups. We do this via the Print Forms function & save the 'printed report' as a .pdf file. By month end we have four of these saved .pdf files ready to send to group HO along with other summary reports.
Two months ago the .pdf file size started blowing out and we could no longer attached them to an email message to send, even one at a time. For example, a one page invoice 'printed' to .pdf file we have saved from Sept last year was 118KB & a one page invoice 'printed' to.pdf saved this month is 851KB. Multiply that over 100+ pages & the file is not email-able. We only started noticing this early February, while doing January month end reporting.
