Enterpise Trial. Go to Receive Payments and everything freezes.

I have downloaded Enterprise trial, restored from company backup, am able to invoice and other tasks but as soon a I select Receive Payments, the screen freezes, cannot choose anything or even close. I have to use Task Manager to End Task and exit. Any ideas?

    Hey Kate,

    Please try to open a same company file and see if running this process causes the same error.

    This a way to test if there is a set up issue, or a corruption somewhere in the data file.

    Hi Mirko. Thanks again. I opened another company and even made a new company and when I opened these, I have no issues in Receive Payments. Only in my working company file.

    Hi Kate,

    Thanks for the added information.

    You should resort your lists, rebuild your file and then Verify, hopefully getting a message that no errors were found.  If there is an error, Rebuild again and Verify.  Repeat the cycle until a no error found message is received.  

    If yo are still getting errors after several cycles then you should call Technical Support for further assistance.
