EOY - STP reporting stuff up

I have send my last payroll for the year using STP - I ticked that it was the final payrun for the year - but it went into 2019/2020 financial year instead of 2018/2019. I have spoken to ATO & they said it will take 28 days for them to fix it & to contact Reckons to let them know but I can't contact Reckons as they are not taking anymore phones calls at this stage.

    Hi Vicki - are you using Reckon Accounts 2019 R2?  if so, when you selected the Finalise Year option - did you have the setting on 2018/19 or 2019/20?  Are you able to just now do a Finalise Year with the correct year and upload that?

    I did it Reckon Accounts 2018 & you didn't have a choice of what year. I have now updated to 2019 where you do have a choice. If I do another finalise year with the correct of 2018/19 it will still show up in the ATO in both years 2018/19 & 2019/20 which is where it is showing now which will be wrong.

    Hi Linda all sorted - after finally waiting over an hour to speak someone, I had only been told half of what I had to do to send the report even though I asked if that was all I had to do.  I'm hoping its right now but i have lost confidence in getting the right answers of Reckons. Thanks for your help & getting back to me.
