Eror message " ATO sent the poll response but the service failed to deserialize it".

i have an error messge with a payroll submitted to gov connect " ATO sent the poll response but the service failed to deserialize it". i have been using the STP for ages now and this is the first error i have had, i havent changed anything so why would the error come up?

    I have had a similar error and have stopped diagnosing the ATO’s problems. Don’t worry about it, as long as the next week lodges OK, these figures will be included

    Hi Kris, i will keep an eye out on how todays pay goes through, hopefully with no error messages, you cant help but think that something bad has happened when your dealing with the ATO.
