Error 0007040759 can't open cusotmer centre.

Appear error once I click to open customer centre. Then, need to close whole QB.

    Hi Michael,

    Can you let us know which product and version you're using along with your operating system please?

    Are you only encountering this error when selecting the Customer Centre area?

    First of all, BACKUP your DATA.

    Also,  if relevant to your version,  try to locate a file called:   QBSession.log
    found in places like:  Computer -->  C: --> Program Files (x386) -> Intuit -->
    (and the folder containing your VERSION of the RECKON program.)

    Double-click to open that file in a simple notepad  type program, and copy/paste the last set of LINES relative to the TIME/date if the error happening.


    PLUS:  see if you have a FILE -->  Utilities -->  rebuild  (and verify)  options
