Error 1606 Could not access network location

I have been using Reckon Accounts 2014 successfully but recently bought Accounts Plus 2014.  While trying to install Accounts Plus I received the error code 1606.  I have researched and tried the network location fixes on here but they have not managed to rectify my issue.  I am using windows 8.1 on a Parallels virtual machine on iMac.  Assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Wendy, if this was during the registration/activation phase, you would need contact customer service on 1800 RECKON for manual registration. If this was relating to any other issue, it would be best to try uninstalling and reinstall Accounts Plus. ^Mirko.
