error 6123 on 2016 Accounts Premier. I cannot access my file

Error -6123,0 Reckon Accounts is trying to access the company file but cannot contact the database server. I have installed the 2016 version this morning and have been using it. I was kicked out and now can't access the file.

    please can someone help me with this urgently, i cannot do any work. I have tried calling several phone numbers and keep going around in circles and message telling me no one is available. Reckon this is very poor indeed

    Hi Rav I have re started my computer and can now access the file. It took about 3 minutes to load, very slow

    Each time i go to a new field, I am getting a message across the top where it says Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2016 (not responding)
