Error again while loding STP since last two weeks ago!

Hi there,

Since two weeks ago, the errors happen.

Initially i thought was ATO error. As I had encountered once but then it was ok after that. But this errors since two weeks ago! It just said 'Pending', even with those that I had successfully lodged last time!!

Why is Reckon software soo unstable??



And now it says ERRORS!!



Can Rav pls fix this issue ASAP???

HI Eric,

So sorry to see you were having an issue.

We have recently published this post https://community.reckon.com/reckon/topics/govconnect-stp-update-submission-status-improvements about the different status you can have in the STP portal, after submission. As you can see explained on the post, the Status column is a static link and does not update or change to the correct status as ATO, until you click on the detail link, next to the submission.

Therefore, can you please click on the detail link and check the ATO status and error description if any?

Can you also please confirm if you have submitted your software ID to the ATO yet?http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=5689
