error code 14147 05880

Every time Reckon backs up it finishes the back up only to bring up 'unrecoverable error' message with the code 14147 05880
Since the new update it will not save the back up location as well, can any one please help me?

    I'm finding a similar glitch where I have to abort the program and restart it. It does back up but I can't simply continue working on the company file until reckon reopened.

    Do you find that it is not saving the back up location too? I have to manually find the folder location every time?

    I change he back up location around... sometimes to the C drive and sometimes to a USB so it's not an issue with me. Just a small annoyance to reopen Reckon but I cn work with it. :)

    I'm getting the same error message and it won't saved the back up location either.  Since updating to Premier 2020 last week.

    I had the same error message and so I followed the instructions below and did a clean un-install and re-install and the error has disappeared.

    Performing a clean un-install and re-install of Reckon Accounts Business
