Error code 1967085064 how can i fix this ?

I cannot use Reckon a error report with the code 19607085064 comes up. How do i fix this?

    Which Reckon product and version are you using? Where does this error appear? ie. what task/activity are you performing when you encounter it?

    Hi Rav,
    I am using Easystart 2015 It appears as soon as i click on the Reckon icon to open it. It does not allow me to open it at all.

    Hi Semra,

    Lets try launching your program without loading the company file immediately. 

    Can you please follow the process outlined in this KB -
    How do I start Reckon Accounts without loading a datafile?

    Does the program open successfully? If so, open your company file from this starting screen.
