We are running Reckon Accounts Premier in multiuser mode, 4 out of the 5 users can access reckon without any issues.
There is only one user that cannot access Reckon file, this user can only access the file if one of the other users is log in.

Also, this one user cannot use Reckon in single user mode.

All setting are the same for all 5 users and we have tried all the listed fixes on line and nothing seems to help.
Can you please help, thanks.

I have the exactly issue like yours James! We have 5 users too. And one user can only access the file if one of the other users is log in. and this user normally starts working earlier, which will be very inconvenient for her as well. Have you found a solution to this?

    Thanks

Finally, found the issue and a solution.
The problem is the pathway to the Reckon file, for some reason this one computer could not access this file.
So, you can actually open the file directly, find the file location and double click on the Reckon file.
It will automatically open Reckon and next time you open Reckon it will remember file location pathway.
