error code 7079

Hi Everyone, Im looking for some help with error code 7079, and I cant find anything on it? I have successfully installed my Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016 upgrade on a new PC, but when I try and load the .qdf data file I get this error and a message saying "unable to load DLL: C:\Program Files (X86)\Reckon Accounts Personal\convert03\qd3.dll" and "Required dlls for converting your data files are missing. Please re-install."

If you follow the clean uninstallation and reinstallation steps listed in this Knowledgebase article it should resolve this error for you -
Clean Uninstall and Reinstall of Accounts Personal
