Error in leave accruals since Reckon upgrade - released employees

I use Reckon Accounts Hosted and since our recent upgrade, I have noticed that the leave balances for employees that left during the year (and are marked as "released") are not correct.  When i go into one of the employee's paychecks, I get an error message telling me that there has been a change in the employees record for the hours accrued per period and the available balances of leave are all incorrect.  Sometimes in consecutive paychecks, the leave balance doesn't change/accrue - its like there is a bug affecting it.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Thankfully, all leave balances for current employees are correct and it's just affecting release employees.  Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated as I would like to have the correct data recorded.  Thank youimage

    Hi Allison

This warning does come up sometimes, particularly when Paycheques have been edited for any reason – You can just click “Cancel”.

If released employees required leave was definitely paid out (to 0.00) & their record is now not reflecting that, you can just manually edit the “Available as of ..” amount in their Leave tab to “0
