Error in uploading super data to NAB super stream from Reckon Accounts Hosted

I had been using NAB super stream with QuickBooks for some time now. Last month I switched to Reckon Accounts Hosted. My super accounts are set up individually with respective ABNs. This month when I am trying to upload the super data exported from Accounts hosted, it is not uploading in NAB super stream. I have tried both 2 and 2.1 versions. Error, " No. of columns in uploaded file does not match with required in selected template"

Please advise.

    Hi Atiya,

    Thanks for your query.  In the past with other users who have had that message it has been that they are simply using the wrong format (eg: 2.1 or 2).  Can you try to export the super data report again, download it to your local pc, make sure you don't open it in Excel, then try upload it again to NAB Super Pay.  Try with 2.1, I think that is the right format.
