Error marks appear since September payment

Error marks appear since September payment we don’t know what does it mean to us. ATO told us they received the records we sent. We want to know what these errors marks are meant

Hi Haruko,
Go into one of the pay runs that are showing an error status and click on the 'Review' option. It will give you a full error response received from the ATO for the submission. 

Can you let us know what the message is and/or post a screenshot of it.

Please find error message what AAE received.

Hi Reckon,
I have been sending our company (Agency Australia Education Pty Ltd) Pay run report since July 2019 to ATO through Reckon but ATO accepted until August 2019
 and since we receive each report Error marks against our payment records.
 Please let us know what's the trouble. What shall I do.
