Error marks appear since September payment we don’t know what does it mean to us. ATO told us they received the records we sent. We want to know what these errors marks are meant
Hi Haruko, Go into one of the pay runs that are showing an error status and click on the 'Review' option. It will give you a full error response received from the ATO for the submission.
Can you let us know what the message is and/or post a screenshot of it.
