Error Message -6000, -80 when trying to restore an old file

Hi I have an old Reckon Enterprise 2012 QBB file that I'm trying to restore onto our Reckon Hosted. It may be that I have to upgrade the file or some other solution. However when I try to restore I get the error message -6000, -80.

Can someone point me in the right direction for help here.

    Hi Lee,

    It may be that the file is damaged.  To check this download a trial version of Reckon Accounts Enterprise https://www.reckon.com/au/reckon-accounts-enterprise/ and install this on your PC.  Have the QBB on your desktop, and try to restore it, saving the .QBW to your desktop also.  If that works, just upload the QBW to Accounts Hosted.

    If the restore doesn't work it means the file is damaged.  Try a different backup copy if you have one.  If not you can try data recovery to see if they can help fix the file https://www.reckon.com/au/data-services-request/
