Error message and program shutting down when trying to enter cheques

Every time I try to enter a cheque I am getting this error message and reckon is shutting down.  I have restarted 5 times now and it is soooo slow to restart. Message is - "Reckon has experienced a problem and must be shut down".

This behaviour is symptomatic of a corruption in your company file.  Please Rebuild your company file and follow up on any errors (the error log is in Q:\Log and the file verify_rebuild_data.log).  Finish by running a Verify to confirm that there are no errors left in the company file.
