Error message of ' the file already exists' when trying print or email invoices, remittances, etc

I have installed QuickBooks Premier 2018, and everytime I try to print or email invoices, remittance advices, etc the error message of 'the file already exists' appears

    I also have this problem since renewing my licence for 2018

    I deleted the QBPRINT.QBP & WPR.INI files as suggested, unfortunately the problem is still present.

    sorry it didn't work for you kathleen,

    Did you close Reckon Accounts before deleting the print files?  If you did not, do these steps again.

    If the problem persists, check the ports setting in Devices and Printers - is Reckon Accounts V5 PDF converter assigned to the port RA2018Port?

    If not, follow this article to reset it.
