Error message once completing pay run. This has happened since log in issues in may. I rang ATO they received all pay runs that have error.

  • annoyed after speaking to reckon they offered no help at all as I use the free app. was going to start using there products might change to Xero instead now.

Robyn you are awesome. What a stupid glitch in the system for the app to be out by 0.00000000001 cents. I did like in the above link a separate run by adding my super that was out instead of putting in 124.45 I put in 124.450000000001 then error was removed I then had to re enter the five weeks worth of error entries now all in green. Seems to be an on going issue that needs to be fixed. I’m lucky I’m good with maths and understood the issue. Taken me half the day to sort it out. Thanks again

Great that you've managed to work it out Trevor.  I urge you to ask the employee / s to double check their MyGov Income STtatement prior to finalising your STP for the year though, just to make sure the YTD figures are correct.  Good luck.
