Error message: "Reckon Gov connect is only compatible with the latest version of Reckon accounts"

Frustration levels off the scale once again !! We now cannot even lodge an IAS due to the error message "Reckon Gov connect is only compatible with the latest version of Reckon accounts" WHICH WE HAVE BEEN USING FOR TWO WEEKS NOW !!!!!  another hour on the telephone another two hours wasted trying to resolve it from our end problem ! when will these issues end ? so tired of being the paid up beta testers for RECKON it is like dealing with the council.
 ! The 1st call today i got told me to wait 20mins and try again !!  now the 2nd customer care telephone call had to be cut off at 7pm and I was told I had to wait for a call in the morning, its now closing time !!
I am so glad that someone can go home and shut off the days woes, but again will not be me !    

We have not been able to lodge a BAS for 10 months now IAS also..

Thanks again Reckon for the 1st class service, it appears that your business model is: if you cannot offer an acceptable service all of the time, you could hope that customers will forget what level of service should be expected even just some of the time...

We are over it I cannot believe we are even posting issues again.

Thank you Peter, Why couldn't' the Reckon technical assistant just tell me this !!! they even sent me through our pin number by email to enter, on the phone twice to two different staff members during an hours period.. Mind boggling to say the least, such a waste of life.. Entered your supplied info and straight in.  Top marks.. Thank you again.
