Error message when trying to add in a bill on Reckon Hosted

Hi there,

I'm receiving the following error message when trying to enter in a Bill in Reckon Hosted.

Reckon Accounts has experienced a problem and must be shut down.  We apologise for the inconvenience.

I'm not sure how this can be resolved.

See if the rebuild data function resolves the issue.

Then perform a verify data operation.

If after performing the rebuild and the verify, errors are still detected, then send a copy of your file to us to undergo analysis.
