Whilst attempting to lodge the payment summaries by GovConnect in Reckon  Hosted, I received the error: Error saving payment summaries, error given is: The given key was not present in the dictionary

There is no further information to know what to fix.

Please assist.

try saving the file to your pc then uploading to portal directly not via gov connect

how do you save file to pc?
employees > payment summaries > ato magnetic media > electronic file.

When it opens the save to window, save it to your hosted backup B: drive.  One saved use the download link and download the file to your PC.

From there you will have the file to lodge via the ATO portal, once the key has been downloaded from the cloud.

To upload from Hosted you need to register your Hosted SoftwareID key on your AUSkey.  See our guide on this thread:
