Error status in Govconnect

Hi, Rav,  I keep receiving " error" status in my govconnect stp for the previous two weeks after I summit the report.
I have been launching report from 1st July, and seems alright  for two month until 1st of September. I am sure if I need to redo it which I also don't know how to do it. Could you help with this issue? thanks.

    Hi Emily,
    If you click on the 'Detail' link on each of the respective pay runs it will give you a full error response message from the ATO at the top of the page.

    Hi Rav,

    The message is as below:

    ATO Messages 

    The following error messages have been returned from the ATO and need to be reviewed. You may need to make changed in your accounting product before submitting again.

    Error message

    • The value provided to identify the receiving party is not recognised, or a request has been made for a service not offered by the receiving party.

    I am not sure what it is , as I haven't changed any thing since I set up reckon.

    Me too. Rav thought ATO had fixed this issue but I am still having the same issue/error which I first got on the weekend.
