error: There is not enough space on the disc

This is text in the window that pops up when I tried to import the bank data today. What does it mean? What disc? Not my hard drive, I checked, its got 216Gb free.
Using Accounts Hosted 2015R2

    Thanks for asking the Reckon Community.

    The message is referring to the Hosted server space so I'll need to chase this up with our engineers.

    Does this happen on all accounts? On all files?

    Hi John, I only have the one bank account linked here. 

    Having closed everything down and logged back in again for the third time, it is now working.

    I'd love to know for future reference though, if there's anything I should have done differently.
