Error transferring to Point of Sale from Accounts Premier -Accountant Edition 2019.

When trying to do a transfer through POS Admin this error comes up.

An error has occured in frmquickbooksimport: Getquickbooksdata

Path/File access error

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    the best way to avoid this error (it cant find the Reckon Accounts file that is connected to POS) .... is to Open Reckon Accounts first - log in as Admin - and put the file in single user mode... now go back to POS Administrator and try your transfer - because it already has the correct file open - you wont get this error...

    This error occurs if :
    1.  you move the file but dont tell POS where it is now located (through Administrator under Options - General)
    2.  the file is on a network drive and the network drive is currently unavailable or not connected
    3.  you have multiple Reckon datafiles and the last one you opened was not the POS one - so when Administrator goes to open Reckon during the transfer process, it is opening the wrong file.
