Help, I have tried to to re-submit my last two pays which all came back with an error, I gave deleted the app and downloaded it and tried again, but still not working, this is Urgent, please reply. It appears other people have had the same problem.
Hi Maree, I have not had any replies from Reckon, so this is what I did. I adjusted the declined pay runs with negative amounts (a warning comes up but it worked) they were declined also at the ATO which is what I wanted as this reversed it out of the Pay Summary in Reckon. So I then added our employee again (we only have one) and I re-did the pay runs with the "new" employee which worked. I wasn't game enough to try again with the "old" employee in case it got declined again. I got our employee to check his My-gov and he now has two amounts but added together equal to my Pay Summary which now has two amounts as well. I hope this helps.
