Error while Finish Pay Runs

I'm trying to run our first ever payrun in Reckon One. When I choose Finish Pay Run I get a message saying Error: This error was passed through the Reckon.CashbookCore.V1ServicesAdaptor.JournalServiceAdaptor : E0000000710: Journal transaction(s) must be entered. I've tried deleting the pay run and making a new one but that didn't help. What are the Journal Transactions that it is referring to?image

    I have this same error today trying to do our first pay run as well.

    I have been following up with this error since last week. However, haven’t got any response yet.

    Hi Birat,
    This is a bit of a strange one.
    Can you check if any journals have been created after attempting to finish the payrun. Day to Day > Business > Journals

    Failing that, can I obtain your permission for our devs to take a look at your book to investigate this error?

    Thanks for your prompt response Rav. I tried all possible things to get it fixed but unfortunately couldn’t make it working. Permission granted. Do whatever you have to do to make it working. I need it working asap.

    Non of the journals are created while finishing pay runs. It only gives that error message. I tried last night on that demo account, it creates journal while payrun is finished but not on mine system. I know the problem is somewhere between finishing pay runs and creating journals.

    Hi Birat,
    The Reckon One Payroll team have identified the cause of the problem and are evaluating how we can apply a fix to resolve it. I'll keep you posted on progress with this as soon as I receive more info.

    Just following up Birat,
    Can you let me know if you deleted the Payroll Payable and Super Payable accounts somewhere along the line of setting up Reckon One/payroll?

    I am not sure Rav. You can access my account and check it. I can’t remember now, i did all the setups watching reckon one video guides, manuals and demo accounts.

    Hi Birat,
    I've just received word this should now be sorted but there are a couple of things you need to do.

    1. Delete the Pay run in question

    2. Do a hard refresh (Ctrl and F5 on most browsers) and clear your browsercache

    3. Recreate the pay run

    Everything should be fine from here but let me know how you get on either way.

    Sorry Rav, it doesn't work. I even tried on incognito windows in different browsers. But it doesn't work either. 

    Now, I had setup an another reckon one account today with different email address (telcotechnician@gmail.com) and the payrun is working on that. 

    However, I couldn't connect to Reckon Govconnect Portal because the company was already registered on Reckon Govconnect Portal with previous email address (lamichhane.birat@gmail.com). 

    Now, I tried with new email address but got an error message again (attached screenshots) saying it is already registered.

    You have full access to my Account, Please get into my account and resolve the issues asap.

    The new email address is 
    telcotechnician@gmail.com
    ABN: 20621062431

    I am really frustrated using this product. I thought it was user friendly while i signed up.  None of the guys whom i talked over the phone throughout the week seems to be interested in fixing their system issues.


    I hope you could resolve this !!!

    Are you getting the same error message when you attempt to complete the payrun? Or is something else/different happening this time?

    Hi Birat,
    Our Reckon One payroll devs require your permission to delete and attempt to create the pay run themselves to both further investigate and fix this problem.

    Can you please confirm that you provide permission for this and I'll get the team on it ASAP.
