Error 7031 when backing up Reckon Accounts

I've restored data from an old PC and keep getting error 7031 when trying to backup the data file. The data (numbers, dollars, etc) looks fine but the file will not backup. I've sent the 7031 report several times.
I've un-installed Reckon from the old PC.
Please help.

Hey Robyn,
Error 7031, is normally a Microsoft based error and the report is sent of to them.
