Hi There are no printers loaded on when I try to find them it comes up with error code-30. I have logged on with different computers and I am still getting the same error code. Was working okay a last week.

    Hey Susan,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community, and thank you for your enquiry.

    Error Code -30 generally is fixed by deleting your printer file in manage my accounts.

    Please see the image below on how to access this screen:

    Manage My Account

     Delete Printer Files

    Let me know how you go!

    Cheers,
    Mirko

    Hi Mirco,

    I can expand on this issue...

    The error is:

    This is because the default printer is the pdf converter, however the user cannot select another printer from the printer list.

    Deleting the print file has had no effect (in the case of my client anyway).

    Follow-up would be appreciated.

    Regards,
    Jason

    Hey Jason,

    Thanks for your input, the next suggestion I would have would be to have your client give their Citrix Receiver Full Access to the PC.

    The Steps to do so are as follows;
    1. Right click on Citrix Receiver icon in the Systems tray (bottom right hand side)
    2. Select  About > Advanced > Connection Center
    3. Under Session Security, click the drop down arrow in the USB/other Devices box and select Full Access;
    4. Its worth having the other options set to Full Access as well to ensure the Citrix Receiver has full permissions to access resources on the local PC;
    5. Click Close and OK.
    If you/or your client require more details please see the following link:

    Please feel free to let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,
    Mirko
