Error code 7138

Reckon personalPlus terminates with this error code. On restart everything seems fine but it is annoying. I have sent the report before and again 10 minutes ago. Please advise Ted Kearney PS The often reported script errors are also annoying.

    Thank you for asking Reckon Community.

    The error code 7138 is being genereated from the Operating System and hints of some missing files or corrupted installation files.

    Can you please tell us what is your Windows Operating System, and when did this issue start happening? Does the error happens for any other file or sample file or is it limited only to this current file?

    If this does not happen with other files the issue is possibly with your data file. But if it is uniform with other files too, it suggests the issue with the installation or some windows file missing.

    I would recommend you to backup your file and try reinstalling the program in this situation.

    Please provide the information for further troubleshoot.

    I operate Widows 10 Professional

    The error code came up and Quicken shut down after I reinstalled Quicken on a new computer
