Why do I get 'Error code C=239' when processing payslips?

When I was processing the payslip, it popped out and asked me to contact technical support. I also found it says "*overflow*" on the rate column. Please help, thanks

    Hello,

    I am sorry you are having some difficulties.

    In order to resolve the issue, please narrow down the employee that is causing the issue. Once found, compare all the payroll items that has been used to the known working employee and make sure that you use the same item applicable to the problematic employee records.

    You may also experience this error when a 0:00 amount is entered into the hours field on the employee Record. The hours field should not have 0:00; it must be blank or contain a value greater than 0:00. If you have this case in the employee please delete the 0.00 entry.
