Why is Supplier name and contact missing from the PAYG summary report electronic file?

When trying to submit my annual PAYG summary report electronically throught ECI to the tax department I keep getting an error message saying the supplier contact name and supplier contact phone number is missing. Where do I enter this in the payroll centre in Reckon AccountsPlus 2013

    Hi Linda,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    The ATO's reference to Supplier contact name and phone number refers to the business submitting the report.  Enter these details on the Company > Company Information screen.

    Make sure you have completed details for:
    • Legal Information
    • Tax Rego ID
    • Payroll Tax Form Information
    Now regenerate your PAYG Summary Report and upload to the ATO.
