EVERY TIME I PRINT I HAVE TO LOG BACK IN........

IS ANYONE HAVING AN ISSUE WHEN THEY PRINT? EVERY TIME I PRINT SOMETHING WHEN I GO BACK TO MY MAIN SCREEN I HAVE BEEN LOGGED OUT, THEN HAVE TO GO TO THE CONTROL PANEL, LOG OFF AND LOG BACK IN.

THIS IS SERIOUSLY ANNOYING!!!! 

ANYONE ELSE SUFFERING FROM THIS?

Rav - this is happening to a client of mine too using Google Chrome, their preferred internet browser.  Not happening on Firefox.  She rang the support team & we had already tried all options suggested - deleting browser history & cache and resetting browser settings to no avail.
Is there any other solution please?

This happens to me 70% of the time, I'm just used to it,  I'll be doing an Invoice or Sales Order and finish and find out I've been logged out. So many frustrations with the program.

Hi all,
I don't think I've ever come across this before, but let me get some info to try and establish a pattern..

So from what I've gathered, this is only occurring when trying to print.. can you advise the process you're going through and where specifically in the process it fails and logs out ie.
- Which screen do you get to (any screenshots would be great),
- Does the print job actually complete successfully?
- This issue occurs irrespective of the browser used?

Rav, Your right this happens when printing an invoice, view, then print. Printing completes good then when you close the extension to the print, it has logged out. Then try to log back in says your are already logged in, so go to control log out users and go back in very frustrating.

Client using a Pentium Dual Core client is using Google Chrome version 67.0.3396.87 (32-bit).  I do notice the computer that does work has the Google Chrome 64-bit version installed but they are different systems anyway.

As mentioned above:

Create Report in RAH
Click Print
Click View
Report opens
Print report
Print report screen
Black screen appears
Shut black screen
Log off user
Log on again

Mine does it when I print and also if i close switch between tabs.. I come and it's back on a black screen.

Thanks for your reports on this everyone,
I'm going to take this back to our Hosted product manager for their insight and to take a look for any potential causes as to why this is happening.

However to be upfront and transparent, the team won't be able to take a look at this until after STP, Hosted 2018 and tax time releases are out the door. I'll keep you posted on any info I find out.
