My account has expired due to an expired credit card. I called reckon yesterday and someone was meant to call back to reactive it. Do you know how I can update my card details and have it reactivated. Thank you
Hi Tanya. You need to login to Hosted through the Control Panel. Then: 1. Click on account details, go down to billing details and change your credit card details 2. Then click on Manage Users (near top left hand side) and tick the renew box to renew the expired licence, follow the steps and hopefully it should work. Obviously you received poor service yesterday, but perhaps this will all work for you without having to make another phone call. That fact that your licence has expired may mean that you have to make that phone call anyway. John L G
