I am trying to log into my Hosted account, however it says 'account expired'. I pay monthly via direct debit and have not missed a payment so am unsure as to why this is the case. I need to completed my payroll tonight - is there anyway that I can get into my account?
Hi Jo-Anne Unfortunately you will have to phone Monday and renew your hosted as there is no Customer Service on the weekend. If you are lodging your BAS through the portal you have until at least next Friday to submit it. I realize you are probably wanting to complete it today. When you do manage to get into your hosted, check the email address as you should have received a reminder a few weeks ago that the subscription was coming up for renewal.
I have the message account expired too and get it every year, even though we pay our account on time every year. I'm also told every year "that's odd!". Would really like it if Reckon could get their act together and advise me when this is going to happen and provide a code via email, so I don't waste my precious time ringing (and put on hold for a very long time) every year.
