Expired Account.

I am trying to log into my Hosted account, however it says 'account expired'.  I pay monthly via direct debit and have not missed a payment so am unsure as to why this is the case.  I need to completed my payroll tonight - is there anyway that I can get into my account?

Hi Fiona  unfortunately when the program faults like that, the only way to get you started again is to have support fix it. Phone 1300799150 after 9am. You may get Rav to get you started before that if he or someone else at Reckon reads your message.

I have got this issue now and Reckon is not available to assist me. Where do I go from here. This is really really poor......I have BAS' to completed. Any suggestions?

This has now happened to me, got an email yesterday saying payment from C/C didn't go through, I sent an email pointing out I don't pay by C/C, never have as it is paid from an account and that they can call me to discuss if there is a problem.
Now today I'm frozen out and no one is answering the phone... WTF reckon? I reckon it's a bit poor thus far!

Hi Jo-Anne  Unfortunately you will have to phone Monday and renew your hosted as there is no Customer Service on the weekend. If you are lodging your BAS through the portal you have until at least next Friday to submit it. I realize you are probably wanting to complete it today. When you do manage to get into your hosted, check the email address as you should have received a reminder a few weeks ago that the subscription was coming up for renewal.

Hi Jo-anne, if that's the case then it certainly doesn't sound right as to why you've received an expired account message. Can you please give us a buzz ASAP this morning so we can take a look at what's going on there?

Reckon aligned my licence with my subscription renewal. As simple as that, but so frustrating. This shouldn't have happened.

I have the message account expired too and get it every year, even though we pay our account on time every year. I'm also told every year "that's odd!". Would really like it if Reckon could get their act together and advise me when this is going to happen and provide a code via email, so I don't waste my precious time ringing (and put on hold for a very long time) every year.
