I am trying to log into my Hosted account, however it says 'account expired'. I pay monthly via direct debit and have not missed a payment so am unsure as to why this is the case. I need to completed my payroll tonight - is there anyway that I can get into my account?
Hi Fiona unfortunately when the program faults like that, the only way to get you started again is to have support fix it. Phone 1300799150 after 9am. You may get Rav to get you started before that if he or someone else at Reckon reads your message.
Hi Jo-Anne Unfortunately you will have to phone Monday and renew your hosted as there is no Customer Service on the weekend. If you are lodging your BAS through the portal you have until at least next Friday to submit it. I realize you are probably wanting to complete it today. When you do manage to get into your hosted, check the email address as you should have received a reminder a few weeks ago that the subscription was coming up for renewal.
